    The African American Employee Network (AAEN) of the Bay Area is a collaborative network of African American corporate employee/business resource groups, working in association with diversity and inclusion professionals, businesses, professional organizations and individuals from the private, public and academic sectors.

    AAEN was initially formed as a community for Employee Resource Group leaders. However, soon after inception it became clear that there was a high demand for African American professionals, at all levels, to come together and benefit from shared learning and relationship development.

Launching as on online resource, DDT will share Bay Area ERG and diversity best practices, perspectives and opinions with the goal of helping make workplace diversity the norm rather than the exception.
